We are always working to improve our
products. Our R&D group worked to
improve our already incredible Gel
Intech chamois to bring you our NEW
Gel Intech Anatomic. Its main
structure is made of:

our special silicon Twist Gel which
helps avoid overheating, correctly
distributes body weight and reduces
road vibrations.

an added anatomically shaped wing
section. It is attached to the rest
of the padding with a technique that
eliminates any stitching on the
surface area

multiple layers of foam in various
thicknesses
Our paddings are so advanced that
they are engineered to last longer
and never change shape or thickness,
The NEW Gel Intech
Anatomic chamois is specially
designed to follow the
bio-mechanical movements of the
rider. Its special shape eliminates
any possible bunching of the material around the
legs normally created by traditional
flat paddings, for increased comfort
and performance,

Intech Gel is our classic, with
standard stitching. It is an
extremely high performance product,
specially engineered with a layer of
Twist Gel inside. The Gel helps to
consistently and gradually absorb
and dampen road shocks. The
different layers and composition
of the materials in the padding
guarantee both elasticity and
breathability. Its
long term performance is guaranteed
because the shape and composition of
the gel doesn't change with washing
and use. The different feel and
comfort of the Intech Gel chamois
compared to traditional paddings is
noticeable
from the first time you ride it. The
Gel inserts are the perfect solution
when used with very hard saddles.

GEL
EXTECH
The
term Extech Gel is used for all the
products in our range with Twist Gel
padding, but that are stitched
to the
bibshorts with the special technique
patented by Santini. The system is
designed to maximise the
comfort
of the shorts by eliminating any
seams that would be in direct
contact with the skin. The Extech
Gel
padding is attached to a separate
panel and sewn via a special hole in
the bibshorts. This way all the
stitching is on the outside, meaning
internally the bibshorts are
absolutely seamless. By this means
you avoid any unnecessary fabric
since the padding is directly in
contact with the saddle. The micro
mesh on the outside allows a great
ventilation and helps stop you
sliding around in the saddle. The
internal Twist Gel guarantees the
best possible performance. |

INTECH SLICE
Its
long-term performance is guaranteed
because the shape and composition of
the gel doesn't change with washing
and
use. It's different feel and comfort
is noticeable from the first time
you ride it. Santini have worked
closely
with
the main producers of saddles to
offer you SLICE, the first ever
bibshort created especially for
cut-out
saddles. Cutout saddles are designed
to allow independent flexible
movement at the rear of the saddle
and
reduce
the pressure on the ischiatic bones
and the prostatic area. SLICE
mirrors the shape of these saddles
through
varying the thickness of the various
layers of the chamois, allows
greater flexibility at the rear of
the insert. SLICE's inner structure
is made of a soft and elastic
fabric
which is totally seamless. Inside it
has the special Santini lntech Gel
whose shape has been modeled to
adapt to the cut-out structure of
the shorts.

TOP
Top is a combination of very high
quality materials and innovative
construction techniques. It is made
of a
with
multiple densities: high at the
saddle, low in the pedaling area. At
the base of the chamois is a layer
crossed microfiber fabric with
antibacterial treatment. Cotton
sponge at the front and
antibacterial, breathable fabric
where it comes into contact with the
skin. The anatomical structure is
obtained by the special shaped
stitching at the saddle area. The
micropores that cover the entire
surface of the chamois guarantee um
breathability. You can wash your Top
padding and no cream is necessary to
soften it again before. Even
after many washes, its performance
is not reduced. |

COOLMAX
TECHNO
Coolmax
Techno is a great high performance
padding. It is made of foam of
multiple densities: high at the
saddle,
low in the pedalling area. At the
base of the chamois is a layer of
crossed microfiber fabric with antibacterial
treatment. A layer of Coolmax fabric
then covers the padding where it
comes in contact with the skin. The
micropores that cover the entire
surface of the
chamois
guarantee maximum breathability. You
can wash the Coolmax Techno padding
and no cream is
needed
to soften it again before use. Even
after many washes, its performance
is not reduced.
