EASY ORDERING PROCESS: |

1)
Complete the customer information form and send it along
with: |
| |
|
a. A $200.00 non-refundable
deposit
b. All your logos (please refer to
our graphics guide below for appropriate formats)
c. An overall layout showing or
describing colors and approximate size and location of
the logos. If you are unsure how to do this, we can
provide easy to use templates and our in house Graphic
Arts Department can also help with any needs you may
have. |

2) We will provide a design proof
back to you within 5 working days. |
|
3) Give
us your proof revisions. We’ll make the necessary
changes and return a new design proof back within 4
working days. |

NOTE: We
provide up to 5 revisions no charge. After this (6+) we
require an additional $75 for each proof and a 10
working day turnaround for each revision. |

4) Once
you are satisfied with the design proof, sign off on it
and get us your sizes and quantities. We’ll send you an
order proof with total price. |

5) As
soon as we receive a 30% deposit on the total, your
order is sent to Italy for production. Your confirmed
ship date will then be provided by the factory (usually
8-10 weeks) |

6) Your
production time starts only after we receive the
following: |

a. Design Approval
b. Quantity Confirmation
c. 30% Deposit |

7) Your production ends when we
have your clothing in our Houston warehouse ready to
ship to you. |

8) You
will receive a call on or before your ship date to
arrange shipping from Houston and final payment. |

ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
(FAQS): |

Minimum
quantity for full custom orders is 30 tops and/or 30
bottoms. Semi-custom minimums are 15 tops and/or 15
bottoms. For both, the minimum for any item is 5 pieces.
Quantities of
like items (bib shorts and shorts – or - short sleeve
jerseys and sleeveless jerseys) may be combined to reach
minimums and price breaks, although when combining there
may be some design restrictions (you can talk this over
with our graphic arts department)
Minimum
quantity for any "Coordinating Accessory" is 10 pieces.
The "Giro" cut short sleeve and long
sleeve jerseys have a looser, baggie fit. The "Race" cut
short sleeve and long sleeve jerseys have a more
tapered, so called Euro cut. There are NO SET UP FEES! The $200
initial deposit goes toward the final total for the
order. The design process can take anywhere
from one week to several months. This depends totally on
you and your ability to get design changes back to us
quickly. We promise to get new proofs back to you within
5 working days from the time we receive your revisions. Sizing kits are available once we
receive your initial $200 deposit. The cost of the
sizing kit depends on the requirements of your order.
You will be credited in full (less shipping) upon the
return of all products sent. Any items not returned will
be billed at full price. These are not shipped
automatically so you have to ask. This is the best way
to assure proper fit for your orders.
The fabrics for the main body of bottoms
can be any of our stock colors. It is possible to match
most other colors with some restrictions. |

DESIGN NOTES: |
| |
Women’s cuts
are narrower than the standard cuts which might
compromise a design. If logos are sized to the women cut
then they may appear small on the larger standard sizes.
Designs are based on jerseys. Some items may not show
some logos.
EX: No side
panels or rear pocket logos on skin suits, no rear
pocket logos on wind jacket, etc.
We require
all logos/images to be in Vector format. Flat non-Vector
logos/image can be converted by us, which may be used on
given design only (Conversion rate $75.00 each). We do
have a library of cycling company logos. If you are
having a hard time getting a logo ask us as we may
already have it available. We use Pantone color numbers
as a guide. Colors may look different on different
media. Please refer to a Pantone color chart for
reference.
WARNING: Computer screens are not always calibrated to
correctly show colors.

RE-ORDERS: |

Re-Orders for tops and bottoms can be
made for up to 12 months at the same price originally
paid. Restrictions apply, including no changes to
designs or colors, please check with one of our Custom
Clothing Specialists for more information.
A minimum of 10 pieces (same item) is required for
re-orders.
